Thank goodness, my score was above average this week!
I went for a back four this week, after having three at the back for a long time. I figured that hopefully at least one of those would get a clean sheet bonus! I thought the Chelsea v Arsenal game could be tough, so included a defender from each team. If I had left Koscielny out, he would probably have kept a clean sheet. Sadly though, neither did! With Lovren not playing and Holgate coming on as a sub, I didn't get any clean sheets from my defenders! Luckily De Gea did get the bonus points for his clean sheet though! In a way, it was good that Lovren didn't play because I got an automatic substitution, bringing Mata's points in to the team!
TRANSFERS:

OUT - Giroud
Giroud doesn't seem to be scoring a huge amount of points recently, others in the team were scoring more, and he was classed as injured with a 75% chance of starting this week, so I decided to just transfer him out. I was torn between Benteke and Deeney. I swapped them both in and out a few times before settling for Deeney. This also leaves me with a little bit of cash for next week! Happily for me, Deeney scored 😀🎉.

Had it not been for Lukaku's four goals in one match then I could probably have stayed top in the £15 Super League - 2nd place (now top) had Lukaku as captain! [Lukaku alone scored 21 points, and many had him captained making 42 points! The lucky people who played their triple captain token scored 63 points! From one player! This will be a hard one to beat I feel. I'm not sure when I'm going to play my triple captain token.] I'm closer to 1st than I am to 2nd (only just!) but that's something! Here's hoping that week 22 and 23 won't be repeated any time soon.
Glad to hear Deeney scored for you, making it a good transfer in! Yay! Again, I definitely need to brush up on my football for these posts but I love them as it's a whole area I know little to nothing about so I enjoy reading these, especially when it's been a decent week for you too!
