12 Days of Christmas Nail Art Challenge - Dec 2 - Snow Day

As well as the 30 Days of Colour Dec '15 Challenge, I am going to try and participate in the 12 Days of Christmas Nail Art Challenge which is hosted by Challenge Your Nail Art Facebook page (run by Jessica from Be Happy & Buy Polish).  I am going to try and do as many from both the challenges as possible...

There are some prompts that are the same, but I will try and do separate mani's!  I AM running late, but hope to catch up soon!

For my second snow themed mani, I decided to go for snowflakes again because I love drawing them on my nails with a nail art pen.  This time I went for two coats of another new polish - L'Oreal Colour Riche Midnight Mistress - as my base.  This is a really dark blue polish, which has a sort of jelly finish.

To my base I then added some white chunky glitter polish, which has a very sheer white jelly base, and also comes in a little snowman bottle.  I purchased this polish from Primark... how cute is he!?

I got a bit polish happy and decided to do another coat of the glitter polish, but then the snowflakes became not as obvious, so I went over them in my nail art pen.
