Nailsxo World Cup Nails 2014 Nigeria Nails & Football, two of my favourite things! I am so excited to be taking part in this challenge, which is the brainchild of Emily over at Nailsxo . Everybody who is taking part in the challenge was assigned a random Country which is taking part in the World Cup in Brazil (not long until it starts, yay!). After being given the Country (I was assigned Nigeria ), the challenge was to make some nails based on the Country. Also, which ever teams wins the World Cup, the person who was assigned them wins a prize (although, let's face it... I'm not really expecting Nigeria to do that well)! So here they are: My index and little fingers are my own take on Nigerian fabric patterns. I was using my friend google to help me find some inspiration for my nails. I found a website about Nigeria , and found out that tie dying is very popular. I also did a google image search for Nigerian...
As well as the 30 Days of Colour Dec '15 Challenge, I am going to try and participate in the 12 Days of Christmas Nail Art Challenge which is hosted by Challenge Your Nail Ar t Facebook page (run by Jessica from Be Happy & Buy Polish ). I am going to try and do as many from both the challenges as possible...
If you don't already know, I am a huge fan of Formula One. I have watched it for as long as I can remember, back in the days where there were races on TV at 3am in the morning. Back then, the driver I was cheering on was David Coulthard - he comes from the same region as me! Fast forward to 2007 and as well as cheering for DC, I couldn't help but also root for DC's teammate Mark Webber - another intelligent driver and nice guy. Following on from Webber's retirement, his replacement at Red Bull in 2014 was another Aussie, Daniel Ricciardo. It is hard not to warm to Ricciardo, as he is one of the smiliest and most genuine drivers on the grid - he is also a very talented racing driver, producing some wonderful overtakes, and completely outshining champion Sebastian Vettel in his first season with Red Bull. What a squad! Touchdown 🏈 excited to be here. Baku! A photo posted by Daniel Ricciardo (@danielricciardo) on Jun 15, 2016 at 12:00pm PDT ...
